The client isn’t your typical residential real estate broker who wants his face to be the main marketing image. He came to me wanting a professional and modern identity and then returned recently to have me revamp the look of his listing flyer. I departed from my usual need to keep branding colors consistent throughout all marketing material in order to best highlight the property and the broker, as well as his client, was very pleased.
